Hey girls maybe you can share pics of your China. I've been to BBB, Fortunoff's and Bloomies and feel like I still haven't found anything I love.

I don't know if we are regstering for formal china. I think I'll just get a really nice everyday set. we really only use the formal china in our family on the holidays.....and my mom has a set that has been passed down in our family for years. I hope to get that!!!!!

The lady who was showing me the china put the cup upside down on the floor and asked me to stand on it..... and I did. It's strong!

You stood on it???? Wow...that makes me feel really good about registering for it! That's exciting!! I registered for the same toasting flutes for the wedding. We picked out the Opal innocence glasses and a very plain flatware becaues everything else has such romantic detail in it so the flatware is a little less detailed. I cant wait!!!!

I have 2 sets of toasting flutes, we're trying to decide which ones we're keeping although FH already said he doesn't like the crystal ones

I am getting Butterefly Meadow by Lenox. It's considered 'casual china' and I will actually use it. My FMIL and her sister just got it for me it's soooo pretty.

Formal flatware:

Lenox: Eternal Frosted

Everyday China:

Royal Stafford Blossom - most people would consider this the formal stuff.

This is mine! My family uses their china all of the time (at least 15 times per year) so I am hoping to do the same.

My stemware:

we registered for the same....we already have 11 sets!!! I just love it!!! I told FH untill we have kids we should use them...lol I registered for a total of 18 sets.

I saw a couple of settings at Fortunoff online that I thought were pretty. It will definitely be a tough decision.

that's my everyday set too!!!! I love it!!!!

I haven't figured out formal china yet. I'll be registering for something, just haven't found the right one yet

Jess that so funny cause...I got those exact Lenox toasting flutes and cake server/cutter with the hearts from my co-workers right after I got engaged. Then at my engagement party I got the Jubilee toasting flutes. I ended up loving those so I returned the one's with the hearts. But I dont' think they make the Jubilee cake server/cutter so that's a little disappointing but I looooove the flutes!

Are those the Swarovski or Lenox ones?

I have the Lenox cyrstal toasting flutes too. I had bought them before I was engaged in 2005 because I fell in love with them. I really liked the Swarovski ones but they are too expensive. These are just as nice!!! We received so many toasting flutes for our engagement. We got two sets of the Lenox hearts, a crystal pair of hearts and two sets of Waterford toasting flutes.

We ended up keeping one set of Lenox Forevermore (we used them at our e-party) and one set of the Waterford Celebrations. We will use Jubliee for the wedding.

my best friend and i registered for the same set and didnt even realize it - seriously i think i like my every day set more than my formal set. . . i got one setting and i set it up and it is so cute i love it!
