What color do you like better?

Yes, its Poll time again. It seems like my MOH doesn't want to give any input. My mom is out in PA most of the time and FH doesn't help with anything. So i need your help ladies (again) to pick between two colors. I don't have any brides maids except for a MOH but i need to get an idea on what colors would look best for a centerpieces, MOH dress, bouquets and bouts. So which one do you think will look better. My moh has dark brown skin (think Naomi's complexion), so i was thinking that the persimmon color (orange) will probably look better. But is it suitable for Summer? I also like the blueish-purple color too but i am not sure it will match her skin. What do u think?

I would definitely choose the orange, I think it would look better on her skin tone and it's perfect for the summertime...if I were you, i'd probably use an accent color like yellow, red, or even fuschia to really make it more summery..

I think the orange is nice for the summer and with her skin tone.

I like both but I tend to lean towards blue a little more.

I chose my color based on the skin tones of my bridesmaids. My SIL is VERY pale so a blue like that one would wash her out.

Both are really pretty though and you could do alot with your bo-k colors for each of them.

Thanks ladies. Off I go to RK bridal to start picking out the dresses in Persimmon. I will post later in my album book on which designs i will be considering.

I am going to Arcadia tomorrow to go and pick out my flowers.

i picked the orange! i think it`s still a beautiful summer color it doesn`thave to be fall it depends on how you dress it up

I much prefer the orange!!! Colors will really pop and I feel like you can do more with it. And, from what you describe will look better w/ her skin...

Thanks again ladies! I went RK Bridal and the Persimmon color didn't look much like the one in the picture. However, I went to David Bridals and their Persimmon looks much better. Perhaps it was the difference in fabrics. I also went to the fabric store on the way to the office and selected a hand full of different burnt orange/persimmon colors that i really liked to help guide me in finding that MOH dress.

I am now at a point of excitement. I now have the colors, florist, entertainment, location, wedding bands, save the dates, invitations almost complete. Now its really MOH and MOB dresses, tuxes, selecting the catered foods, reverend, finding a ring bearer are the only things left.......It still sounds like a lot of stuff is left...
