What color shoes do you wear with navy?

I got my hands on an Ann Taylor skirt suit in navy...but I don't have navy shoes!

Congrats! Did you go out to the outlets? I sometimes wear brown with navy...I would vote for brown before black with navy...

i was going to write that i would only wear navy with navy ...but i realized i have a navy skirt on, a white shirt and brown shoes...

I am wearing my navy pantsuit with brown heels. It is acceptable to wear brown shoes with navy on an interview these days unless you are interviewing in a really stuffy old school environment (my company is pretty old-school and it is fine). Just makes sure they are professional looking shoes to be safe - not sandals or clogs or clompers or anything (that can vary on environment - but medium to low heeled pumps are safest for interviews.)

Your question is the reason why I don't own anything navy!!!!

I do think though patent leather can be ok.

You could go white for the nautical look?

Seriously though, brown or tan.

what I've learned recently if shoes don't matach your outift, they should at least match your foot, , likea sand color that almsot blends without skin tone. I have an open closes toed shoes like that & they work with almost anything.
