What color shoes would go with my BM dress???

the BMs have silver shoes from past weddings, so I was going to have them just wear them, so they don't have to buy new ones. Do you think they will go? (dress goes down to the floor, so you will hardly see shoes)

Not yellow botton, this color pink...

(BM are all pink, with ivory flower. MOH is ivory top, pink bottom & flower)

I agree that I don't think that the silver shoes would look so great BUT, if you incorporate something else in silver (jewelry? a silver ribbon around the flower?) it could pull it together.

I think since the skirts are straight that the shoes will be seen. What about ivory shoes that match the top of the gown? At least that's a fairly neautral color. Also, most places that dyes shoes will let you come back and dye them to black for free.

I say get dyeables - if you go to payless it won't be that expensive and besides, they can always dye them black afterwards and use them again.

And at the last wedding I was in the photographer took a picture of our shoes and some of the bridesmaids had on really ugly shoes (IMO) so the picture was yucky. But that's just me and my silly shoe issues.

I'm sorry but I'm not a fan of the silver shoes with the ivory top either. My wedding shoes were under $50.00 and I got them online at discountdyeables.com or dyeableshoes.com (something like that). Also, when I was the MOH for my friend's wedding, I got my dyeables at DSW for less than $30.00.

I think if you throw something in that has silver in it, it would be okay. Your girls could go to Payless and get the dyeables. Also Parade of Shoes does them. DSW is inexpensive too.

I think either dye the shoes to match the bottom, or ivory shoes.
You can even go gold.
