The painter uses Sherman Williams paint and we are going to do everything one color, except for the trim which will be white and the shutters I'm not sure about yet...I'm thinking white.
FYI the front door and garage door will both be replaced and all white. No screen door or all glass - haven't decided yet...definitely not the silver currently there. We will be putting in a new picture window (making it a little smaller) and landscaping last.

Is that bottom part staying white? What about the roof? With that roof I think gray or blue would look nice.

No they are going to sand it all down to the wood and paint it one color except for the trim and shutters. He said it will make the house appear bigger.
I suggested gray to the painter he said it would be too bland...and suggested a beige...won't that look weird with the roof?

I like light grey with either white or black trim... here is a pic I found on MLSLI.com. I think gray would look good with your roof. I have kinda plain taste though.

I like grey. We had our house sided grey, but if we were going to paint it, it would have been grey. I love it! There are many different shades of grey, you could always dress it up by making the shutters a different color.

i would paint the house either grey or beige/tan. paint shutters black or forrest green and door either black, forrest green or maroon. it isn't going to cost you anymore to have shutters and door painted in a contrasting color. i would also change the window boxes to wrought iron.

Either Light Grey with Dark Blue Shutters and Paint the door Dark Blue too.

I like light grey - our house is sided in light grey and we have white door, white shutters. I will post pics when i get home. The house looks a little blah right now because there are no flowers (i just took the pics this wk end).
