What color was your dress for your engagement party?
I bought a dress for my engagement party and then a few people told me that they wore white.
Did you wear white or another color? I'd love to see pics to see if I'm just totally off base with mine!
Also, what colors did your FHs wear?

I looked for a white dress but couldn't find one that I liked. I ended up wearing a black and white dress.

Where was your engagement party??? Only because I looked at the pics in your album and it looks like my neighborhood! That's pretty much what we are doing since our home is on the water and we essentially have three yards.

13's my lucky number and 8's the other one but 8/13 was out of the question because I didn't want an August wedding. So I did what I could. Once I found out there was a weekend with the 13th available I booked it, there was like...no discussion about it :)

I wore a black and white dress from old navy and FH wore a purple button down with dress pants. It was May 2008, and it was super hot that day
