invitations? If your room colors are creame and gold,and the girls are wearing red? what colors would you pick for the invitations?

JMO, but i dont think that your invitations have to match your color theme/scheme....

but if you want to do that, i like the creme...

i agree...my invitations don't match my girls or my flowers or the room of the hall. This is what I got!!

thanks, I really didn't know what to pick. I too also like creme but I just looked at a post for red ideas saw some nice invitations and got confused again.

i had cream colord. my bookmarks (donation favors) matched... but that didnt really make a difference since most guests Never ever think about that anyway

I would never match my invitations to my bm colors JMO

You don't need to your invites to your hall's decor but you might want to tie it into your wedding colors somehow, though that's not required either. I would go with the cream if that's what you like.

I agree with this. My invites were white with silver ink and a blue satin ribbon. Pictures in my review...

I am doing ivory and gold invites! My reception hall is green and my girls dresses are merlot!

They don't have to match. My hall has the same colors and my BM dresses are red.

I also love cream invites with gold lettering - I think it looks very elegant.

I don't think they have to match either.... but I've seen where the inside of the envelope had the same colors as the BM's dresses.
