Hmmm...would really have to see the dress and the colors to really make that decision. Both sound appropriate, but for some reason I just cant picture neither of them. I guess it depends how the dress is accessorized.

I would say brown, but really it depends on your shoes...I think if the shoes don't match the dress, they should match the wrap and purse. HTH.

im getting ivory for my girls im getting them pashminas to go with there taupe gowns.

I am partial to chocolate brown so my vote is for brown but I bet they would both look great!

I'd go with Ivory, it'll brighten things up a bit for your July wedding. Wait, is your date right???

Normally I would say brown because I always think darker would look nice however in this case I think Ivory - especially if they are getting their shoes dyed to match.

I would go with Ivory. The lighter color would brighten things up, especially for a July wedding.
