I had eggwhites and tomato on a tasted whole wheat bagle.. yummy!!

I had healthy sushi since my e-party is next weekend. I'm trying to shed a couple of pounds.

i had less than half a bagel with little cream cheese. my tummy is killing me today. I'm sipping diet coke right now hoping it'll help settle it.

I forgot my lunch at my FH's apartment bc I was so worked up at bringing him to the Army this morning. He is going away for 3 weeks!!

quiznos turkey lite sub. i think one of the healthiest items on the menu. now i have to get my coffee with half and half.... i have to start weight watchers soon!
