What did you do for your first V-Day

DH had to work so we went out to lunch instead. It was fun. He got me Billy Joel tix, which I am very excited about!

I was in class until 9:40 so not much but DH got me this CORE workout dvd and ball that I wanted and a sweet card.

We celbrated on Monday, since he had class Tuesday. We got a kick out of getting eachother cards that say 'husband' and 'wife', and small gifts. i got a tape of my favorite tv show, and i gave him a restaurant review book.

We had the movers moving the contents of DH's condo finally to our house! Then we went to Red Robin for dinner, came home and watched DH set up his fish tanks and put his fish back in them.

V-Day is no different than anyother day for us

not much at all!

DH had an eye doc appt so he got home late. I made spinach ravis and that's about it!

ETA: and I would like to announce that DH bought me a V-day card - which is the VERY FIRST card he EVER bought me! I was like

Same here...We ate cereal and then rushed to the hospital to visit DH's Dad.

Dh sent me flowers at work(Iris and tulips- my fav!) and I gave him baby books for the new daddy. I have a sinus infection so we spent the evening having a quiet dinner at home and talking about the new baby on the way. It was the best V-Day I have ever had.

Dh sent me flowers and balloons and got me a gift certificate to a spa. I got him a cigar case. We just went to dinner at a local restaurant. Nice and low key.

Well Friday night we had freinds over for dinner so that was like vday for us..
But since my hubby works nights I got his papers and made him breakfast this morning..
Really all I can do at 9 months prego..
Oh I also made him a tshirt that says D.I.L.F.
My friends got me a milf so he felt left out..lol

We stayed in and had take-out. DH got me perfume, a fancy nightgown and roses. I got him a thermos for work - how romantic! We had a really nice evening relaxing together.

We stayed in and I cooked a huge dinner for us, dessert and everything! I really enjoyed buying my first 'husband' V-day card this year.
The next night we went out to eat - that's our 6 year dating anniversary!!

We promised this year no presents- well we both broke that!

I bought him tix to Phantom of the Opera for Sat. He slipped a beautiful silver bracelet into my bag which I found at work...then he came home with a big bo-k of flowers and a huge Lindt chocolate heart

We went out to dinner at a local italian restaurant and ended up falling asleep at 10pm

YEP- we're married!

We didn't exchange christmas gifts so we could go away - we went to Mexico for a long weekend and flew home on Valentine's Day - we celebrated at the resort on Monday night

We went to a supper club in Myrtle Beach and heard some amazing Jazz and ate Steak and Scallops. I drank too much champagne and laughed and sang like a moron the whole way home. Apparently I was very funny, but I don't remember much else... Oh, there were romantic cards that said 'husband' and 'wife.' That was my favorite part.

i know this is late but i had an exam then next day. ray cooked an awesome dinner, got me my favorite wine and roses. it was just so romantic and lovely
