thats a good idea! FH is a huge ranger fan - but he doesnt want a grooms cake, or else it would have been a ranger cake

I think I might get him one, he will prob kill me for getting him one but whatever, hehe. He is obsessed with his Apple laptop, so if I do get him one it will be a replica of that
great idea, I saw someone before post a pic of a yankees cap cake and it looked amazing.

I'm doing a NY Giants cake. My FH is a huge fan, even goes up to training camp every year with a bunch of his fan friends. The bakery--Black Forest--asked me if I wanted a helmet- or football-shaped cake, but it sounded silly. It's going to be a simple round chocolate cake, with chocolate buttercream and fresh strawberries in the middle, iced with whipped cream. I went with whipped cream as it's white and that's a Giant color. I'm getting a bunch of little pennants and helmets and things for the cake, wich will be a LOT cheaper than having the bakery make it. It serves 20-25 people, which is more than enough, considering we're also having a giant cheesecake and a tower of cupcakes

FH dreams of having a writing career, hes working on writing his first novel and childrens book right now so I think Ill do a book or something.

i did a 7 and a 2 of hearts - our wedding date and also the worst starting hand in texas hold em which is a game we both love to play !

DH and I both love food, esp eating out or grabbing fast food. So I got him a cake that looked like a cheeseburger!!

I am going to surprise my FH with a cake in the design of his 79 Trans AM which he custom designed himself...He lovesss his car so he will hopefully love the cake!

I'm still not sure if I'm going to do a groom's cake, but I'm thinking of surprising FH with one at the RD... I'm not entirely sure what to do, though. He loves to run, so it would be cool to get a cake made that looks like his running shoes!
