What did you give fh for a wedding gift?

I want to give him something that will last forever..but I just cant think of anything...I was thinking of a diamond watch, with a card or engraving that says ' I will love you til the end of time' but is that just too cheesey?

We paid for most of our wedding by ourselves so we gave our 2-week HM to Hawaii as our gift to each other & we went all out

nothing. just the grooms cake and surprise bagpipers at the wedding
