I included a little note about the plans for the day and where we blocked rooms. (a generic letter, everyone got the same one)

We included information cards the hotel gave us along with a letter.

no letter, only the info cards for the hotel for the oot guests. The in town people just got the stds.

I sent a little note decribing each of the three hotels we blocked, the proximity to the hotel and the cost. I also included a little note about area attractions.

ours std was on card stock with pictures of manhattan (taxi cabs, bridges, etc.) on the front, and it announced our wedding date and place of wedding (city, state). on the back was info on our hotel blocks. we didn't include a personal note. we did have a personalized stamp with our pictures that was a HUGE hit.

We are just sending a flyer type thing with the hotel information. We haven't blocked any hotels so we just put the name and location of the hotels East Wind recommends.

We mailed out STDs with our Christmas cards. After I sent them out, I realized I forgot to include the hotel info, but we spread the hotel info to the OOT guest via word of mouth.

Ours was like a flyer. (All of our guests are from OOT) It included the date, times, addresses of church and reception hall, and the cards from the hotels we blocked rooms at. We also included our wedding website information. We have gotten many thanks for the website. It has directions and details for the entire weekend.
