What did you tip??

Ok everyone, the wedding is in a week and i don't know how much i should tip ANYONE! Who and what did you tip them?? We are only having a 3 hour reception should i take that into consideration for people we're tipping i.e. dj, matre di, etc? The photographer is the only one working longer than the 3 hours (8 total). What would you do? I don't want to be cheap but I am also not made of money after I pay all the vendors. Please help me!

This is what we tipped for our wedding:

Maitre'd: $460.00
Bridal Attendant: $150
DJ and MC: $150
2 Limo Drivers: $25 each
Photographer & Videographer: $100 each
Florist: $30
Ceremony Musician: $25
Make Up Artist & Hairstylist: $100 each
