What did you wear for your engagement shoot?

Help me choose.

1. Casual (Jeans/Tshirt)
2. Semi-formal (Spring Dress)
3. professional (pencil skirt w/ fitted button down)

we didnt do ours just yet....but i am thinking of keeping it between casual and dressy....khakis, white tee and maybe a jean jacket depending on the weather

I went more on the casual side-- but slighlty dressier than jeans and a T.... I wore velvet pants with a nice sweater and FH wore jerans and a button down untucked-- we looked comfortable but not slobby.

What kind of theme are you going for? I think I want a beach theme so I will maybe be wearing a nice summer dress

It was in Ocotober when we took our pictures - FH wore a sweater and slacks and I wore a skirt and sweater - It was very 'business casual like'

My eng. photo shoot is in scheduled in two weeks and the look im going for is the casual/summery look. I either plan on wearing a cotton/linen dress with sandals or linen shorts. I live in CA and its already summer here so im not sure how the weather will hold up for you in ny but if i had to choose from your list id pick semi-formal.
