We had it seperate weekends. It was fine we live together so it gave me time to catch up on some stuff around the house. When I was on my Bachlorette weekend he thought it was funny to text me this pic.

Dh had his BP in January before he went into the SDNY academy and mine was in July before the wedding. So they were very far apart. DH went to miami for 5 days and I went to Jersey to stay in one of my BMs winter home to keep myself occupied.. It helped!

he is having a two part bachelorette party. the first is 9/6 when they all go paintballing, so i'll have a normal saturday: cleaning and catching up on soaps. the second is 10/18 when its a steakhouse and club in the city so i'll be watching a bunch of chick flicks and sleep.

FH's BP is actually the night before mine and it wasn't even arranged that way. It just worked out to be that way. At first I wanted to have ours on the same night but we have a dog so someone needs to be home. His BP is in CT (thats where he's from) and mine is in AC so we will both be sleeping out. I'm totally fine with it. I will probably have my bestfriend stay over with me and maybe do the favors or something.

I am going to FH's bachelor party which is the weekend before mine. He'll come to mine during the after party.
If you aren't going to your FH's bachelor party, why don't you have a low-key girl's night out.
