I honestly think giving them the opportunity to play dress up for a day is more than enough. They honestly don't remember much at this age, so I'd suggest that you save some $. Maybe get them a really great bday/xmas gift as a thank you.

My niece will be 3 for our wedding. I got her a personalized flower girl frame for a picture of the 2 of us, a hanky for her to use on her wedding day (it has a poem about how she was a special part of my wedding day so this is something special for her wedding day) and a flower girl tshirt to weat to the rehearsel.

If you were to get them anything, maybe like a really cute girly backpack and fill it with some fun activity stuff like coloring books, playdoh, legos etc. I wouldn't spend too much though cuz like someone said, they are not going to remember anyways lol
