Honestly, I don't think there is anything you should do. Its sad that she doesn't like the dress, but with 2 weeks before the wedding, there is really not much you can do. Hopefully, with hair and makeup done, she'll like it better. Also, in the end, the day is about you! Everyone will be looking at you!

If she really doesn't like the dress, maybe she'll opt not to be in your BP? Is that something workable?
That way she won't have to wear the dress and have everyone look at her during the ceremony.

I was thinking of that but I dont want to be the one to say that she doesnt have to be in the wedding if she doesnt want to. I really would like her to be apart of it since we have become such god freinds. I would rather let her bring it up to me and I would tell her whatever is best for her I will support her decision. It will not disrupt my BP really because I have one more girl than I do guys anyway. I just feel like she had so much time to go for a fitting but that she waited so long that now it is too late. I don't know. I will try to call the Bridal salon myself and see if it is do-able since she does not want to.
