What do I need to bring down to SS to get my Name changed?

STILL NEVER DID IT!
I heard theres one in Long Beach? Anyone know where in Long Beach??

You need your marriage license and your drivers license or passport.

You also need to fill out a form that you can find on their website. You can fill it out there but, it sped things up having it filled out already.

I definitely figured I needed my drivers licence &n marriage license. Which marriage license is this - the one from the Town? I'm like now officially freaking out, I don't even know where it is? What do I do if I lost it? Can the town send me another one?

You need to bring the original and not a copy. If you lost it you have to go to the town where it was issued, pay and request another one.
