what do i need to drop off at my RH before the wedding
favors guest book and pen cardbox menus cake knife champagne flutes seating chart / placecards
someone mentioned to make notes of everything or organize something in a specific way? can someone elaborate?
what else am i missing?

Sounds like your list is good. Just think about anything you might have on the tables, but if you have cp's and everything else the florist is putting on then youre fine. If theres nothing else besides the menu's and favors on the tables sounds like your list is good.

yeah just think of everything you have at home, whatever you have willmost likely be brought to the RH beforehand. OMG i know im so happy for you cant wait to see your pics

Make notes for the BM/maitre d' regarding how you want things displayed and specifically where.
- Are the favors going on the tables, or are you handing them out at the end of the wedding ? On the table, how many at each table ? - where do you wnat the cardbox to go ? - where do you want the guest book displayed ? - how many menus per table ?
Number your boxes and write your name and wedding date on them. Keep a list of what is in each box, and give a copy to the BM.
Don't overpack personal stuff for your wedding day. Chances are that your bridal attendant will have hair pins, safety pins, a sewing kit, tide to go pen, hairspray, etc. available for your use.
Have a happy wedding ! Remember, relax and enjoy your day.
