I'm the Manager of the Journal Sales Department for a publishing company. I hate it. But, I'm also going to school for psychological counseling so at least there's a light at the end of the tunnel!

Executive Assistant...I enjoy my work and my boss is very nice so I guess I can't complain, but it still leaves a lot to be desired.

Literacy coach at a middle school in NYC.
I've only been in this position since Sept. (was a classroom teacher before that). It has its perls, though working with adults is not what it's cracked up to be!

Love the work itself, but the people I work with and the politics of this place leave much to be desired.
Couldn't agree with you anymore. I'm a nurse in a hospital where the majority of the workforce is still women. I find the cattiness can get to be too much at times and takes away from the love of a job. I switched departments last week so I'm getting to know a new group of women everyone is very nice so far and the work is very interesting so we'll see.

I'm also a librarian, although I've been coordinating the adult programs at a public library for the almost two years now. It's ok. Sometimes I love it. Sometimes I hate it.

I'm a teacher. I'm not too fond of it at the moment. I do like the time off. If the kids were not monsters, it would be much better.
