tricky situation I would say only if u have extra send them one but if not then don't worry about it...

I wouldn't send one. If you have a 'B' list maybe you can send it to someone from there.

I wouldn't send one, they already said they could not make it. Save that invitation for someone else.

No, they already said they can't come, I don't think it would make sense to send an invitation just to hear 'no' twice. If something changes and they become available and care about coming they'll probably let you know anyway.

i agree & wouldnt send an invite. if they ask you why tell them that they already responded. your going to come across a lot of rude things people say or do. people are just rude and dont think before they talk.
