I would try to ask someone else that might know first, like I called my grandmother for her brothers addresses, etc.
DO you have a general idea of where they live, maybe you can do a search on whitepages, or if you at least know there phone number you can do a search by phone number for their address on white pages also.
Otherwise, ask them for it.

I have an address, but not sure how old it is. I'd hate to have it returned to me

Definitely don't send it unless you're sure of the address. It will only cause confusion and stress for you later on.
