What do you do when you have...

be careful if you are allergic to Tylenol. Excedrin Migraine ( whihc is the same as extra strecght, think)has aspirn, aceteminophen ( Tylenol) & caffiene.

It is what works for me though.
If you can't take that, take whatever pain reliver you can take ( I think aspirin works better than Ibuprohen)
Chocolate, caffeine & darkness work too.
If it happens a lot, see a DR, maybe you can get perscription migrain drugs.

ETA- I think agree--the nyquil may be giving you the headache!

Try some caffeine or a cold compress.

I always take Excedrine Extra Strength.

a massive headache? Almost where you cannt do anything it hurts to blink and move a certain way. I can not take Tylenol Im allergic. Waht to do? what to do?

Don't laugh, but I read this idea, and when I had my last migrane....Put some warm water in the tub or a pail and soak your feet...b/c then the blood from the head will go to the feet and should ease the headache. I have also put my feet on the heating pad while in bed, and I will admit, IT DOES WORK...
