a massive headache? Almost where you cannt do anything it hurts to blink and move a certain way. I can not take Tylenol Im allergic. Waht to do? what to do?

since you're allergic to tylenol I would call your doctor before you take anything.

Can you take Excedrin migraine? I have a friend that swears by that. Otherwise, maybe just lay down in a dark place?

Sometimes eating helps.
Since you can't lay in a dark place quietly, I would try a cold compress. If that doesn't work, try a hot one.

Maybe you suffer from Migrains. You should go to your Dr. and they can perscribe something. I just did that a few months ago and I'm so much better off now.

thats what I have been doing at night so I can sleep. I was thinking of taking Day quil to stay awake. but I dont want to keep giving myself drugs uppers and downers.

isn't the pain reliever in Day Quil and NyQuill tylenol???
Acetaminophen is Tylenol....maybe you are giving yourself this headache.

Yes, it is Acetaminophen. Maybe that is why it is not helping you!! You also should not take Excedrin because it also is acetaminophen. I guess you should stick with Advil or Aleve.
