I just picked it up today and the instructions say to open it and let the train down to get wrinkles out... but where am i hanging this? if i put it on my door, the train is going to be all over the floor! am i misunderstanding these instructions?

I think she did like 2 days before. It might have been in the bag until then. If you're really not sure though call you bridal salon and ask them

same here. we had a hook in the ceiling in a spare bedroom and I let it hang with the train open so it didnt wrinkle. I also only got my dress 2 days before my wedding.

I was told to hang the dress on a door and then lay the train across an ironing board so it wouldn't wrinkle at the bottom.

i only picked up my dress 2 days before the wedding and i didn't take it out of the bag. The train was not wrinkled.

Couldn't you put something like an old sheet on the floor under it so the train doesn't get dirty if it's hanging? I just left mine hanging in the garment bag with it slightly opened...but my train is still inside. I guess bc it's lace you really can't see wrinkles.

we bought a garment rack, took the dress out of the bag and let the train down onto a sheet on the floor

I hung it from the ceiling and put a chair under it so the train was laid out over the back of th chair....thats what POB told me to do

I hung mine in my aunts walkin closet and there was a rack high enough off the ground that it nly dragged a bit and we put a sheet on the floor of the closet,ust incase...
