what do you do with your group of friends for the holidays?

we have a tight knot group of like 5 people every year we go to the cemetary to visit our good frien who passed away then all go to dinner usually we go the weekend before christmas. This year we are doing a grab bag gift swap too. We always make sure we do something....
anyone else have traditions with their friends at the holidays?

We do a christmas dinner with the girls. most are my bridesmaids. We get good Italian food and eat and drink hot cocoa and then take our anual pic by the family christmas tree! it is on sunday and i cant wait

we are doing our dinner this saturday too!

its so nice to see so many of us do these thigns with our friends!

we have a newbie tp the grpup this year tho....my friends initated kelly into our 'gang' lol

we r usually all broke after buying gifts 4 our fams so instead of buying gifts 4 ea other, we have a fun girls night out instead.

yeah our grab bag is $25...$5 gag gift and $20 gift card......easier with gifts cards hopefully we all give deffernt cards lol

sorry to hear about your loss... u'r young so i can imagine that's very difficult on all of you..

me and my friends go out to a club and get drunk.. that pretty much sums it up. oh wait... then we fight..

christmas day my family gets together and gets drunk... that pretty much sums that up.. oh wait.. then we fight..

yep.. good time.. good times..

we do have a secret santa grab bag though...my family does.. i had to opt out this year because the gift range was $150-200.. i couldn't afford their tastes..

I have a group of girls I grew up with and we're all very close. We usually do a dinner at someones house and we all bring a dish but this year we're all so busy it's not going to work out, I'm sad

aw they all sound so fun!!! none of my friends are friends with one another, actually there is a few that dont even get along, lol, i do have one group of friends but they arent all my best friends, we try to go out to dinner a few of us...then i have another friend who bday is on xmas day, so we normally go somewhere for him right around then

This is our routine for about 3 years there is a group of about 12 adults and 4 kids (most of them are in the bridal party) & we go christmas caroling (English and Romanian) and we visit about 7 or 8 of our closest friends on Christmas Eve...... Every year more people invite us over.... It is so fun.......

They all offer us some hot cocoa or hot spiced wine..... ( I don't drink almost at all maybe once or twice a year) and cookies or finger food

We start in Manhattan go to Queens in Maspeth Forest Hills Corona Whitestone and then head to Long Island... we do Manhasset and then we end at Setauket....

where we crash and the kids open presents at midnight and then on Christmas Day we go to Church for Mass and then have brunch at my mothers house and we open presents...
