Her birthday is this week and I have still yet to decide what to get her I want it to be something special since it is a special milestone. Any ideas?..

I totally cannot remember what I got my mom for hers!!! Sorry!!
My brother & I gave my father a $500 gift certificate to the Woodstock Inn in Vermont (he usually goes to cross country ski there every Presidents' weekend but usually stays at a motel) for his 60th.

Me and my brother threw her a suprise brunch with some of her close friends (only the women!) and we gave her money for a trip to Aruba.

I guess it really depends on what she likes or what hobbies she has...
ONe gift that we got my mom and my grandmother many years back, were birthstone rings. A ring with the birthstone of each of her children on it.. Its a sentimental and really nice gift..
But you know her best, would she rather a trip? a day at the spa?
