I am not sure the surface will be big enough to write the guests name and table number on with a erasable chalkboard pen but I was thinking of taking off the Sip and scribble tag and making the tags the guests name and table number?
I would probably have to make something with holes so they can all stand up in it.
What do you guys think?

That does sound like a cute idea. However is there maybe something other than chalk you can you can use in regards of writing the names and tables numbers? Something more permanant, that won't come off?

I don't want to write anything permanent because then the guests can't reuse them at home. That's why I was thinking of leaving the chalk part blank and writing the table number and names where the tag is?

I think your idea of using the tag for names instead of the actual stopper is very thoughtful. So guests can reuse it the way they want to. Very very cute!
