Ive been sick for four days now and my symptoms dont seem to be going away no matter what i do. I am missing class today b/c I have a runny nose, sore throat, and my head feels like someone placed a brick on it!
I have tooken: Vit C tablets Day Quil Tylenol extra strength Gargleing(sp?) throat with warm salt water Hot tea non-stop
Dont know what else to take I hate being sick, cant get anything done!

Thanks hun. I didnt go to the doctor to get antibiotics...i thought about it though...if im not better by tommorow i guess im going to have too.

I take airborne from the second I think one is coming on - I take it all the time because I'm totally paranoid being around these little germ mongers all day- you know, elementary school kids.

Youre so right though! FH always tells me to take airborne to avoid getting sick but it tastes kinda gross..ill definitly be taking that on the plane to our HM though! Airplane germs are the worst!

I have been so sick for over 8 days now, with today being the first day I am able to function even a little. I purchased airborne a few days ago, and did go to the doctor a few days ago as well, they said it was a severe sinus infection and flu type virus that was pretty bad, I had over 103 fever for a few days straight, it was horrible. It even affected my jaw, ears and my face was so swollen, he said that happens sometimes and it may take up until two weeks to get rid of it........So I am taking all the vitamins and airborne and eating a bit healthier until my wedding which is only 17 days away...... Also I lived on Therma Flu-The Daytime one and nyquil at night.....I hope you feel better.....

Oh wow! That awful im glad youre feeling better! Your symptoms sound like mine, minus the fever. I actually have thera-flu and am going to make myself a cup right now. Thanks for the advice. Hope you feel better too

Tyleno cold or Theraflu works great! Make it like hot tea and you'll wake up feeling like a new person! (Get lemon flavored)

Sounds like something is going around. Feel better. I tool Zicam when I was sick over the winter....it did taste really gross but got me better a short period of time.

I hate going to the doctor, and I HATE taking antibiotics because I am so sensitive to getting yeast infections!! Go to the doctor and get some meds so you can get better soon!
