im planning on having a bridesmaids BBQ a few weeks before my wedding. i dont know when my shower or bachelorette party are, but i have one BM that is out of state and dont want to make her come up another weekend. i wanted to just be able to send them out invites ,but i want to make sure the date works for everyone. should i ask the one girl when is good for her or just email all of them and tell them what im planning?? sorry if this doesnt make sense! TIA!

i would email all and ask everyone to 'reply all' .... all of you can come up w/ a date together instead of making thousands of phone calls!

I would ask the girl that's out of state so you have a better shot of getting every one there. If she gives you a straight answer then that's great, if she gives you the run-around then just do it whenever is best for you!
