My cousin posted this on her online journal back in september back when she found out when my wedding date was (which I had planned in my head way longer than her graduation date!)
'Another cousin just recently got engaged and set her wedding date for the night before my graduation - so none of my family can go to the wedding. And they knew it was right before my graduation. Those fuckers. Ugh. No wedding present from me. That's not cool. But my mom and I were talking about it and really, it's just a way for us to save money. And all the family we don't like will go to the wedding and not my graduation so I don't have to deal with the family I hate, and my cousin (who is part of the normal side of the family, which includes, myself, my brothers, my mom, my uncle and aunt , and their four kids, including the soon-to-be bride) gets to deal with my grandma and aunt that we don't like. Soooo props to them. I should have a nice graduation.'

Make sure to write an email to her and copy all of your family members, saying thank you to her for saving you and the rest of the family she hates behind their backs, a graduation gift.

I am sure we all have family members that will roll their eyes when they get their STD's..oh another wedding. Don't sweat it. I'm sorry you had to see that.

I hate to say it but she is 20 years old....21 next month!! It's an undergraduate college graduation and she is going to 4 years of graduate school!!!!!! About the F word question, I just copied and pasted her paragraph and I thought it would get blocked but I guess not!!!

Thank you girls for all the replys...I don't know what I am going to do about it yet. We thought about telling my grandma and aunt that she hates but I didn't want to open up a can of worms in my family like that. I definately want to mail the paragraph to her or let her know somehow that we know how she really feels. I don't even want to invite her to the wedding anymore. She is such a selfish brat but they think I am the selfish one just because I actually knew that her graduation was the next day before my date was set in stone. My sister is the one who found this post and my whole family know and is fuming. But she is the type of selfish girl that probably wanted us to see it or something and won't even care that we know!!!!

Haha, I was thinking of putting a copy of it in the mail to her. I think I am just going to invite them all on one invitation now without any guests as they aren't coming anyway so I don't waste invitations on them. I want to let her know that I read it but I am not sure how I am going to go about it. What makes this even worse is that her mother (my aunt) totally agrees with her daughter that I am wrong for not switching my wedding date!!!! :
