what do you think about this bo-k?

VERY PRETTY!!!

Yea i am having a hard time too. I wanted some form of green flowers and off white flowers and it seems whenever I try to find something it dies so fast and I realize that most florists do not make up your flowers that day. Roses are hearty that is why they are used so much but i agree i am not a lover of them but it seems like i have to use them.

its hard for us march brides .. but needless to say your flowers are very pretty!!

OMG I'm having the EXACT same problem! That's not actually my bo-k it's just a picture that I might bring to a florist to ask if it can be done without it falling apart by the days end.

I've been to five florists so far asking for anything other than roses and calla's and each one tells me something different. i.e. you can use daffodils but not gardenia's or you can use gardenia's but not tulips.

I don't know who to believe anymore! That's why I'm going back to the fox hollow florist on wednesday and making him tell me the truth. For some reason I have a lot of faith and trust in him. Maybe it's just because I know if something goes wrong that day he is going to be there since his workshop is on the grounds of the hall. (not that I've booked him yet)

but it's so hard to get someone to do something other than roses for a wedding!

I had purchased an arragement just to have and it died on me in two days. I freaked out!!!! Only thing that was still standing was the roses the snowball bush flowers (can't remember its real name) just plopped out and that was the bulk of all my flowers since they come in such a variety of colors that i like. Dead dead and dead. I returned the flowers and they told me they are fragile. Grrrr i have another centerpiece comming my way thurs of the same flowers so we shall see who is telling a fib or these flowers truly just suck for a wedding.

Okay this is the arrangement I had purchased for $60. It was supposed to be green roses (look yellow so not getting them), Peach roses (they gave me PINK), off white snowball bush flowers (i got white) and filler.



I am getting a diff. one from a diff florist on Thursday and i will see if its the florist or the flowers.

Either way I am glad I am doing samples on my own since we buy flowers normally at my house before checking into officially looking at florist for the wedding. I want to know who is shifty and what flowers are going to work.

even though it wasn't exactly what you were looking for it is a pretty arrangement though you are right they should last more than 2 days.

I personally don't mind so much so long as my bo-k will last me the day and not look dead for pictures that I'll be taking towards the end of the night!

Update me when you get the other arrangement and let me know how it goes!
