What do you think, BP newletters

SO as you know I'm prepping to send the STD's to all intended wedding guest. For the BP we're designing newsletters.These will include specific times for our wedding weekend. Timelines for dress shopping, dress info (since the girls are choosing their own, within a peramider),

FH plans to go golfing in Myrtle Beach for his bachlor party, Sometime mid March '08. Since I will not be able to take time off from work for this (I'm using most of my days for our honeymoon & my cousin's wedding in Vegas Jan '08).

My MOH (Matron of Honor) is coming in from OK for the wedding. I'd hate for her to have to take 2 trips to NY for my wedding (our other cousin is getting married Labor Day Weekend '08).

Would it be rude to plan my BachloretteParty for Memorial Day weekend '08. Even if it's real low key like staying @ the Family Beach House in the hamptons, or going to Martha's Vinyard for a low key relaxing weekend before the Wedding weekend?

What are your honest thoughts?

i love the newsletter idea...it's so cute!!

in all honesty, i don't know about telling the girls where you want to have your bach party. i think if you determine the weekend and print that on the newsletter that's a good idea, and then maybe tell them later on down the line what you would like to do.

i just feel like if you tell them what you want to do now and put it in writing, it might take the fun out of it for them, whereas if you suggest it later they'll be happy they know where you want to go, but still feel like they're doing the planning.

so cute though, a newsletter is fun!
