Falling in Love & prob not having children
I agree, FH & I def want children, but it's in God's hands..so I would pick falling in love and not having children as the more important one.

Re: What do you think is more important?
falling in love does not equal marriage necessarily...
i personally would not marry someone who is not interested in trying to have children.

Re: What do you think is more important?
Is it with someone who can't have children, or doesn't want children?

Re: What do you think is more important?
a little confused. Also - I think it depends on how each person feels about children. I would be devastated if I never had children. BUT they do not have to be my children by birth. I have always wanted to adopt because there are so many children in other countries who do not have parents. Ironically, my dr said I am going to have a tough time having kids on my own. It's possible but I might have some issues. I'm upset but not devastated. We'd be happy to adopt so we are lucky we are compatible on this issue. If not - there could be problems.

I agree. You can be in love true deep everlasting love and NOT have a marriage.
I want kids. But then again Im willing to adopt. If my hubby didnt want children and I loved him enough, I am pretty sure I'd marry him anyway. Im also sure Id talk him to having a child but if not, oh well.
I wouldnt give up on a marriage because we didnt have children (didn't want to or could not)

Re: What do you think is more important?
If it was an issue of not being able to conceive, I would adopt. If it was an issue of the man I love never wanting children, I don't think I could marry him. Some of you will diagree, and some of you wil feel the same way. There's nothing more inportant to me than having children and I couldn't marry someone who didn't want to have babies. JMHO

Does 'Falling in love w/ someone because they want children' = it was discussed and because 'they' want to have children it was a huge factor as to WHY i fell in love?
i am confused
