I really liked the hotel after TWOTY and am thinking of blocking rooms off there. however its 13min (according to mapquest) from the hall. They do provide shuttles to and from the hotel so thats not an issue but do you think that is too much?

i would say anything going over 20 mins may be a bit too long... but then again, im the anxious, impatient type
i think the 20min mark is a good rule of thumb to follow.

the shuttle is extra (550) but FH says we should do it cuz it is a guaranteed shuttle unlike the shuttle that will only take 2 people per room. plus we really like this hotel after twoty

how many hours is the shuttle for? do you know if that would also take ppl to a church then reception?? if so, thats sounds like a good deal and i may need to look into it!!

its for 2 hours b4 the reception and 2 hours after. So it will only take people from the hotel to the hall or from the hall to the hotel

What hotel is it? We are looking for hotels now, and are willing to pay more for a shuttle. (We have TONS of OOT guests)

my MOH was a CLM bride and the hotel she used was great...I think it was a holiday inn and they had a shuttle, free breakfast and an amazing hm suite!!
yeah i believe there are shuttles for clm weddings through the courtyard marriott on 110 in farmingdale. i guess thats a lil closer than plainview, lol. i will def check the 4 points out though . good luck
