What do you think of our wedding song?

FH a nd I saw The Big Bad Vodoo Daddies together when I was in high school and we were still friends. In May it will be 6 years dating and 10 years that we have known each other. He asked me to marry him on Christmas (notice the second verse). What do you think? One of my BM thinks it is 'weird' because it is not 'Popular'

The lyrics are great. (I don't recognize the song, so I can't comment on how it sounds) I think that it's better that the song isn't popular. It makes it more like 'your' song. I would like to find something that isn't popular myself.
If you and your FH love the song, I think that you should definately use it.

I dont know the song either but I think its great when you go to a wedding and dont hear one of the songs that you know backwards and fowards. I think the lyrics are really pretty and fit you soooooooooo perfect!!! I say pick it and run with it!!!! It will be a hit!

I don't know the song- But the lyrics are great !! (esp since you got engaged around Xmas !!) - besides, your wedding song is about the song closest to YOU - no one else. - You're not supposed to pick it b/c it popular ! I know someone who's wedding song is 'i'll be loving you forever' by New Kids on the Block !!!! - Uh, yeah, popular song.- are they going to be dancing to it in 40 years ?? i don't think so !!
