What do you think of these FAVORS?

I've been watching this item on ebay forever and just can't decide if I should get them. My FH loves them though! We will fill up little tulle bags with saltwater taffy or swedish fish and put them in the pails. We'll probably make personalized ribbon too to tie around. We're having a beach theme. Cute or no?

I think they are perfect! I did something similar to them for my cousins wedding shower as a favor. They were just mini wash tubs (shorter and a wider circle, still silver) and I filled them with scented soaps. So cute! They are relatively inexpensive too, which is a plus.

I love them! FILs are anti-edible favors though - so we aren't doing them as our adult favors. We may, however, give all the kids at our wedding a favor tin like that with ocean theme cookies and/or taffy (we both have a bunch of young cousins)

Oh those are too cute! Do you think a cookie would fit inside thought? They are kinda small...

Where did you find those cookies?

Adorable!! It fits right in with your theme, too. Maybe instead of personalized ribbon, you can find shovel-shaped tags and personalize those? You know, pail and shovel at the beach?

OK, maybe not...I think I need to go to sleep!!

Hey - check out this site - I'm doing a beach/ocean theme wedding too and they have a ton of cute stuff:

You can get mint seashell candy (pic below) at Escape Concepts (they have cookies and other cool stuff too - the crab cookies below are my fav - so cute). I'm still looking around to see if I can find them cheaper.
