Hi ladies! I was just looking for some opinions on these favors. I am having such a difficult time finding something that I like. I thought these might be cool because the wedding is the day before the 4th of July. What do you think?
that's kind of cute. i've never seen that before. at least they can use them the next day!!

I think they are very cool (especially since I was married on the 4th back in '71 LOL) but I wonder if the hall would have a problem with them. I would worry about some party goers lighting them up at the wedding.

Since you are asking 'what do you think' I'll be honest, I'm not a fan. As a cute addition to a different favor, sure....or if you are having an evening wedding and have them so people can use them oustide for pictures then sure....for a favor, I'm not too crazy about it. JMO

I actually called the catering hall a little while ago and they said that they don't allow matchesin the dining room because they don't want anyone lighting up in the dining room. BUT...we can put them on a favor table and guests can take them as they are leaving.

Cute idea! I'm getting married on July 5th... you've got me thinking!
Although I will say that I went to a wedding once where they passed out sparklers to the guests for the bride and groom's farewell and it was kind of a pain. No one had matches and people were drunk swinging them around and we were all standing close together. I was afraid someone's hair or dress would be set on fire!
