If we go with Black Forest bakery which is one of the bakerys our hall uses (but I haven't heard great stuff about!) they have a cookies and cream mousse filling!! We would probably pair it with a chocolate mousse.

I wonder if they will let us do a 'tasting' before we choose... The only thing I'm concerned with with this bakery is that they seem to charge extra for everything... I want fondant but I don't want to pay extra for it! I will probably check out the other bakery we can use too but I REALLY want to try this cookies and cream mousse!!
