What do you think of this cake filling?

If we go with Black Forest bakery which is one of the bakerys our hall uses (but I haven't heard great stuff about!) they have a cookies and cream mousse filling!! We would probably pair it with a chocolate mousse.

What do you think??

Our hall used Black Forest and the cake was AMAZING! I don't kow if it looked better or tasted better.

I couldn't wait to get into the reception while we were taking pictures; everyone just kept saying, 'Wait until you see your cake!' It killed me that everyone was talking about it before I even saw it!!!!!

Black Forest was great. That being said, get whatever you want and don't worry about what other people want.

(We did chocolate cake with strawberry filling.)

We also didn't wait a year to eat the top of the cake. The cake was so good that we ate it on our first quiet Saturday night in our new house.

I'm glad to hear you liked it! Did the let you do a tasting? Also, did you have buttercream or fondant? I heard they charge for a lot of extras... Also, Nicole's cake was totally crooked and had a dowel sticking out of it... So I am a little apprehensive...
