What do you think of this Centerpiece? POLL

I got an idea for my wedding centerpieces.

You can play around with it and put fish in there, if you choose or not....or just put flowers in there.

I liked it but cant quite figure out whats on top....a lamp shade????

PS - I like different! I am doing orchids submerged in water (no lighting tho). See my flowers album.

Hmmmm.....without the lampshades.....that could work too and maybe the orchids (I think they are orchids??) can come out over the top?

I without the shade and maybe the orchids could kind of spill out the top . And no fishies in it.... sometimes they die or get left behind when no one wants to take them home.

Without the lampshade, I like it.

I like it with the shade! It's different. And I would totally put some feathers on it somewhere. I love feathers.

the lighting effect is really cool, but maybe with out the lampshade, but is that where the light source is from?

I guess one question is... are you purchasing the centerpieces yourself or having your florist make it. because if you do a goldfish, how would the guests take them home?

With the lampshade, i don't need the submersible floralytes because they could fit in the lamp shade....but without the shade, I would use the submersible....I really do like this look, even without the lampshade. I am working with a florist, but it sounds like this site I mentioned at the start of this, is cheaper than what my florist is going to charge me. I can buy all of the materials, but I just need the labor to put it together for me. If I have water in the vases, I still don't know how people would take this home....unless I had someone empty out the vases at the end of the night? Also, I thought with the lampshade would be cool for people to take home and put in their house....just an idea!
