Is hte picture from a website? If so, right click on the pic and get its properties, copy the properties then on your post click on 'Insert Web Image' and paste the properties. That should work and no resizing.

I figure the little gold will set off the cognac color of the dress. Is it too much? I also want to get something that they can wear again.

I thimk it is great- it does have both the gold and silver elements which go with the dress and the girls can wear again.
