FH went to VA Tech and is a big Hokie fan - do you think this would make a good cake? I'd want it in this shape, not just a screen on the cake. He wants cannoli filling.

I don't know if the bakery can make it in this shape - probably not but I hope so. If not, I guess I'd be satisfied with it just on the cake.

I met with the bakery last night, and they said that they can do it. They are going to take a sheet cake and shape it from there.
It's going to be chocolate cake with cannoli and chocolate chip filling. YUM.
The bakery is Audrey's in West Sayville. They are part of Lovin' Oven, but their cakes are sooooo scrumptious!
I'm picking it up next Weds for the RD, I'll take a pic and post then! I hope it comes out good!
