What do you think of this song?

Hi all,

I need your opinion on something... I just heard this song and I think it would be perfect for the beginning of our future wedding video(getting ready up through the ceremony). FH doesn't really care for it but he's so picky. He actually wants 99 problems by Jay-Z as our entrance song. So not gonna happen....

Anyway. My sister told me this song was all about G-D and I def see that tone but I think it would be great for the video (not the wedding itself). Please give me honest opinion. Just close your eyes and picture the bridesmaids and bride getting ready together at hotel, arriving at church/ceremony site( still TBD), standing at alter (?), and then finally pronouncing us husband and wife, then walk back up the aisle and video of us taking photographs afterwards before reception. What do u think?

Honest opinion...the music is VERY pretty...but I can picture it being played in a movie funeral scene. It has a bit of a 'haunting' sound to me.

thanks so much,, i do want honesty... I just thought it would be so different and I was picturing some of the wedding videos I have seen and that would be very dramatic leading up to the fun stuff at the reception

That is the same song I used for my ceremony. It was really beautiful. I fell in love with the song after listening to it. Lifehouse happens to be my fav band and it was perfect. Everyone was really touched by the song and it made a really emotional & grand entrance for our wedding. The song really connects with it being about God and spirituality but I can see it connecting with starting a life together with someone.
