Really random but we budgeted $36K, I don't know why. It's going to be over budget though lol

Let's just say that when I told FH how much I think will ultimately be spent on this wedding, he nearly died. We have our initial budget (from my parents), but that doesn't include e-party (my dad), HM and RD (his parents), my shower, gown and accessories (my mom), and BP gifts, parent gifts, and all of the extra little things that FH and I are paying for ourselves.

We initially budgeted $30,000 but our RH will cost us about $31,000 soo.....

We upped it to $41,000. We're doing a REALLY good job of being under budget right now, so hopefully we'll end up around there

We started with a budget of 25K but after seeing FHs guest list we realized we were going to be WAY over we are looking at a final cost of about 43K

Mine started at 20K, then went up to 25K and now its at 30K!! FH is not going to be happy Trying to get it back to 25K.

mine started at 30-35k and now after i added all the little things, bm gifts, parent gifts, and more etc...its up to 40-45k

We originally budgeted $50k for everything including the honeymoon. It looks like we will come in a lil over $50 NOT including the HM...damn

We initially budgeted $20k, but went up to $25k after booking the RH. Now I'm really trying to keep it at about $30k with the honeymoon. Everytime we book a new vendor, FH

I'm no help, we don't have a budget. We started without a budget, and then we came up with one and it kept changing and in the end we just want to have the day we want within reason. I'm just about the most penny pinching person though so this is all within reason but in the beginning I was meticulous about tracking all of this stuff and I haven't recorded anything like that in months. It is what it is.

Same here. We knew the RH would be the most money; since my parents are covering it (for the most part) we went with the most wallet-friendly place that we liked. We could have gotten cheaper at a different place, but I think we did really well with the price per person that we'll be paying at the Swan Club - and we really fell in love with the place.
My dress - I'm paying for it on my own. I have a $ amount in my mind that I will not go over.
We're looking into those companies that provide both DJ and photo services; they tend to be a little easier on the wallet.
Flowers - only personal flowers, no centerpieces. I'm crafting my own centerpieces.
I'm a bargain hunter by nature. Believe me, of course I wish I had a wedding fund set up by my parents from when I was little, but that just didn't happen...so I'm being creative with deciding on things and prioritizing what we really want/need.
