We used a thick tape last night but DH said they were falling this morning. Should I try thumbtacks or duct tape maybe?

I used mini suction cups and they're working great. I put them in each corner and put the wires around the hooks. I then just used some tape for the middles.
Good luck

Where do you get these? Do they stick to the wall or moulding?

I got a bunch at Raindew but probably most stores have them. They actually stick to the window glass. If you want something to stick to the wall look for those 3M products -it's a tape that sticks to the wall but can come off easily. They are not supposed to harm your walls.

We bought some of those 3M things that are supposed to stick to the walls but not harm them to hold the light up....but we havent' used them yet, so I can't tell you how they work. We bought them at AC Moore though...
