On my b.s. cake they wrote 'buttons and bows and ten little toes' I thought it was a nice alternative to the usual Congratulations or good luck

I've also seen 'Best Wishes and ' for a coed shower.

Mine said 'Showers of Happiness' and had little umbrellas on it.
