Swags said something in a post that made me think of this. I think she said she called her grandfather Beepa. How cute!
My grandparents were just grandma & grandpa. FH calls his one grandma Mimmie and the other one is Nana. Nana's husband (FH's step-grandfather) is called Hoot.
One of my friends calls her grandfather Big Ba-Ba!
My niece and nephews call my parents Granny & Pop.

Dad's Mom and Dad: Grandma and Grandpa
Mom's Mom: Nana
Stepgrandparents: Grandma Butsy and Grandpa
Damien will call my Dad and StepMom: Grandma and Grandpa
My Mom will be: Grammie
My IL's will be: Nanny and Poppie

I call my father's mom Grandma and my mother's mom Nana. I only met one of my grandfather's and I called him PopPop. Matt's grandmother's are Nina (her first name) and Nanny. His grandfather was Papa.
My kids call both grandma's Grandma First name. My father is Poppy and my FIL is Grandpa First name. They are very lucky to have 2 grandma's 2 grandpa s and 4 great grandmas still living!

Both granfathers - grandpa (but I was only 6 and 7 when they died)
One grandmother I never met (she died when she was 51)
The other I called Nanny....I loved my Nanny

Mom's parents are Nana and Lala. Dad's father is Grandpa and mom was Grandma.
Lala was my baby attempt at Grandpa but no one ever corrected so it stuck. My younger brother calls him that too although my parents tried to get him to call him Pop-Pop, I was like NO way, that's LALA!!
