after the wedding? Im thinking of selling mine already. I get depressed when I look at it I wont get to wear it anymore.

Hey dress twin!!! I wanna see pics of your dress!! I can't see it in your pics. What I DO see though is GOOOORGEOUS!! Looks like you kept it straight across(I had them make it into a sweetheart, cause it looks more flattering on me) and it looks really beautiful on you that way!! I can't wait to see more pics!! My first fitting is August 21st...I'm SO excited!!!! I love my dress more and more! I'm also doing my hair/makeup trial tomorrow. I'll post pics when I get them!!
As for my dress, I probably will keep it. I dont know that I could sell it. I'd like to keep it for my daughter if I have one. We'll see!!!

i'm going to keep mine. i have BIG plans for it!!! ....
halloween 2008 i plan on having a big halloween party at our house, at which i WILL wear my dress!! my friend got married in june & is sad she cant wear hers again..i told her 'you can wear it to my halloween party!!!!'
same thing with the BM dresses..a few of my girls LOVE LOVE LOVE them & want to wear them again...I told them they can wear it to my party!!
after that... i plan on having it preserved & then when i have a baby girl in a few years i will have them use it to make her christening gown...thats what my sister did with her dress. it was sooooo nice!

I brought mine to the cleaners to have it preserved - I knew it would be expensive, but $300?????????!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone else better wear it!

mines rolled up in a ball in our garage.. lol. But I have every intention of taking it to be preserved eventually.

I plan on cutting off the bottom to make a Christening outfit for our children. I think the top (from the knees up) could be saved to make a really cute short dress, that I could hopefully wear again! we'll see though.

My DD asked me to save it for her. She is only 6 and I know she peobably won't wear it, but I'm gonna keep it anyway. I always thought I would make a blanket out of the train for my kids?

I got mine cleaned and boxed, but not preserved. I wanted to be able to look at it again if I wanted. I'm definitely keeping mine though.
